A: Payment term: We accept the payment by T/T, Alibaba Pay and West Union.

Q: What is the lead time?

A:1) Samples: Within 5 working days

2) Wholesale: 7-14 

3) OEM: 15-30 working days according to different craft and quantity

4) ODM: 25-45 working days according to customers’ needs

5) Shipping Method: DDP/UPS/FedEx or customized option. It will take 7-14 days.

AFTER-SALES NOTIFICATIONS:

1. The e cigarette has 6 months warranty after shipment except human factors.

2. All the products are strictly checked before packing,ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.

3. Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resenting replacements.
